ABOUT TIME & VERSE
Songs about ordinary lives, complicated choices, and the stories we carry with us.
Time & Verse is an independent songwriting and music project created by Stacey Alan Renner.I write story-driven songs about relationships, memory, growing older, ordinary people, and the moments that change their lives. Time & Verse is where those songs are developed into finished recordings and released for listeners. The recordings use AI-assisted music production, while the songwriting, lyrics, creative direction, and final selections are human-led.Songwriter: Stacey Alan Renner

BEHIND THE SONGS
Stacey Alan Renner — SongwriterCreating the songs for Time & Verse actually started as a bit of an experiment. I wanted to learn more about using AI and decided to try an AI music generator. Well, I immediately started editing the AI lyrics. Then I started writing my own and found I really enjoyed it.I found the AI music generation gave a voice to the lyrics and I started sharing them on YouTube for friends and family. As they started to accumulate and the quality improved I decided to see what more I could do with them.Time & Verse became the home for my songs. Most of them are built around characters, memories, and stories. Some are personal, some are imagined, and most live somewhere between the two. I seem to get new ideas all the time so I expect there are many songs yet to come!
